Floating Last has emerged from small town to big sound, brought together by the drive to play music and the desire to create a fresh array of songs that expose the pure elements of music that grabbed them at an early age which they feel has been lacking in the majority of today’s popular culture.

Collectively living on the outskirts of Toronto Ontario, Amos Cutler, Derek Wright and Mark LaJoie bring a plethora of musical experience to the band and have had no question from day one about their ability to collaborate and make each of there individual styles gel as a completed entity.

Motivated from their root in the grunge era, Floating Last has managed to develop the style that started their journey and integrate newer techniques to generate a sound that they can call their own.
