Alex Maltby is the singer in the band, he plays some guitar as well. Some of his favourite bands and influences range from a perfect circle, nirvana, deftones, far, to radiohead, nine inch nails.

      Derek plays the guitar and does back up vocals, He has become the chief song writer for the time being.
He was born October 7th 1982. He has been playing guitar for 8 years and has been in a number of bands including fourth floor, H.O.I. , celestine, bloodshot, led to burn, to ration and suckerpunch.
Some of his influences are Nirvana, deftones and taproot.
He is in his second year of broadcast journalism and other than music he likes hockey, most other sports and drinkin' with the boys.
He plays a yamaha pacifica through a tech4 dod into a fender deluxe 112 amp...

      I've been playing bass for 5 1/2 years, 6 1/2 consistantly. I can't really site any major influences because I pretty much site elements from different bands that really pull me toward them....so there could be 10 or 50 bands...who knows. I never got the chance to case myself infront of people live when I was in high school, so these past two years have been a huge trip for myself. I never liked to be considered having merely the supporting role in the band, so I like to bring what I have to the table. I won't pull punches that aren't going to compromise our music. I just wanna have fun onstage. Oh ya I'm 20 born april 21st 1983. I was played in To Ration and Suckerpunch with Derek and Mark which pretty much migrated into Blind Ambition. Some bands I really am a fan of are Metallica, Tool, Primus, Guano Apes and Pantara.

      Mark plays the drums, he has been playing drums for about 5 years.
He was born on August 7th 1981.
His influences and inspirations can not be listed on a single page on the Internet but some of them are Nirvana, silverchair, Local H, Guano Apes, onelinedrawing and a lot more.
He has been in Blind Ambition since 1998 and has played in other bands on the side such as Opus, Damper, The Mary Prankster and has made a few guest appearences on both drums and guitar for other bands.
He seems to have a thing for sad and dark things, he is quite a boring person and has nothing to say about himself. After all, he is only the drummer.
